Working with TEA and the team has really changed my understanding of business and helped me make clear decisions. It’s hard to compare TEA with other businesses of its type, as it’s far more than a training and support company and covers everything involved in a business from marketing, teams, numbers, products and more.

Being a small business owner it can be quite daunting to trust someone in an area that often seems a bit of a black art - but the program was great as it well structured and comprehensive with lots of support material. We changed most of our marketing style and how we use Google Ads/Meta Ads which have shown results. The support that Simon and his team provided was fantastic - always available and able to answer what must seem like dumb questions at times. Seriously, the E-commerce Accelerator 5.0, run by Simon, has been a total game-changer for my business. It's way more than just a course; it's like a complete growth hub. The unlimited strategy calls with Simon are absolute gold – he gives super personalised advice on everything, and the other subject matter experts in the accelerator are amazing too. You learn so much, from front-end offers and Meta and Google ads all the way to operations, finance, and even AI stuff. The community is awesome – everyone's really supportive, sharing wins, insights, and killer resources like creative trend reports and examples of ads that are crushing it. I've seen some real progress, including way better ad performance and a much clearer picture of my business finances. This accelerator will make you money, but only if you put in the work.
