I thought I was signing up for the 7 day free trial. It said my card wouldn't be charged that day but it was charged immediately. There is no confirmation page or anything that I could see the charge before accepting it. The next day I emailed customer service and had a fairly quick response. They said they needed more of my info to find my account. Now they won't answer any emails. I tried the chat which they didn't answer either. The only phone number listed is useless too. I'm going to report it as fraud and get a new credit card.

I did the free trial to test out the product tried to cancel and it didnt show on my Google play store so thought it was canceled right. Nope! Then messaged the company and got told they would not refund me even though im not using the service but they would cancel it so it didnt auto renew for next year even though I sent them proof it wasnt showing on my Google play and they still had denied me. I would not get this service unless your into paying for campsites I was looking for free places like parks and state lands that have it and this was not what I wanted.

Jack is Terrible at customer service! Do no recommend using this platform. I have asked several times for them to delete my account and they outright refuse to. Instead, they keep sending me canned responses to cancel my subscription in my account settings which there is no option to do so because I never signed up for any subscription. They then refuse because I emailed them from another email address than the one on my unused account with no private or sensitive information attached to it. Use Hipcamp Instead.

I have a fraudulent charge for a subscription on my credit card. I never subscribed. Tried to reach a human at Dyrt and it's impossible to get past their online chat system.

Dyrt heavily markets their product as a free app when in reality you have to pay $35 every year subscription to use any of the app's features. They make it incredibly difficult to cancel after the 7 day free trial, resulting in unwanted charges on your credit card. Look elsewhere, plenty of websites provide the same service without the bait-and-switch subscription fees. Very unethical company. I've learned my lesson, don't make the same mistake I did. Avoid.
