I did their free trial and I obviously it was worthless because anything I got from them I cross referenced with Googl Exact same answer. I canceled my fee trial 4 days before it ended, at least I thought I did. Well the tried to hit me with a 60$ charge and luckily my card had no money on it and I had transfers any to that bank. I emailed the I talked to their worthless AI chatbot and all I got was "someone will get back to you" every time and I mean like ten times in two or three days. Well for a few days they didn't try again. Well then my son was at summer camp and need some money and he has his card for that account. I put money on it so he could get the stuff he needed. Two seconds after I loaded it Boom!! The dyrt hit the card for 60$!! It is as if they have a hack that watches your linked payment account. No I have been mad before but this really really made me furious not just the money but my son saying he felt like a loser for his card getting declined! I spoke with someone in the phone and I got "blah blah blah we will have to look into it" do you think I got a call back an email a text,... . Nope!! Nothing!! If you or anyone you know is using this app be warned they are a wolf in sheeps clothing and the most dishonest gals advertising junk company I have ever dealt with! thedyrt.com should be shut down!

I found this site to not be useful and difficult to navigate, so I decided to cancel my one year trial subscription. They made it as difficult as they could to cancel. I’m experienced with websites. They used every trick they could to make you give up in frustration before you canceled. But I persevered and eventually got it cancelled Then 30 days later, they charged my credit card…three times more than the original charge ! Avoid this trap!

I let the dyrt know that I did not like their app and canceled this months ago. The Dyrt.com recently charged for a years renewal membership without permission.

This app sucks and doesn't have adequate options for the Colorado area and they don't make exceptions if you miss the trail period cancellations period and plus they make is so ditto cancel to begin with. Do not purchase this app!

I made a reservation for this site on the Dyrt yesterday. the dyrt dot com/camping/california/evergreen-farm I tried to contact the phone number in the listing and in the email I received and a person responded that the listing is no longer active and they did not know how I made the reservation. I sent an email support at the dyrt 10 days ago but have not heard back from them. I contacted my credit card company and they immediately refunded me. So in a nutshell, they post a listing that isn't real, take your money to reserve a site that does not exist, and then do not respond to support inquiries. It looks like I am not alone in my experience. Think twice before you signup for a pro account.

They use a predatory marketing scheme that will not notify you of your upcoming annual renewal at $60. When I tried to contact customer service they were unhelpful. I'd stay away from this service completely.

Cancelled membership, still got charged for a full year. And when you cancel they dont tell you that you have to separately contact and request a refund within 48 hours. They just keep your money and deactivate the service. Even though they charge for a full year
