ordered 10 dresses. none was in stock.

I have shopped this site before and this time i was greatly disappointed with the customer service representatives that handled my purchase! The dress sent to me was a 3XL when i ordered a size 12 which according to the designer chart should've been slightly loose (my bust: 40.5in / waist 32in & hips 41.5in and height 5'7")....well i ended up spending another $120 to have the dress tailored because it was floating on me... and I'm not a tiny girl either.... i had to take 3inches off on each side of the dress and also 3 inches on the back to balance it and 5in in length since i tripped over the dress with 6in heels on!!!! The representatives that emailed back and forth with me argued that a size 3XL was equal to 12 ( sorry i thought i was ordering from NY not China 😂😂)... which now it makes me nervous to ever order from this site since i'd have to play russian roulette with the size since you never know what you'll get!!! I'm still so upset and i love the dresses but now what your workers sent to us the customers is not proficient at all! Also i called as well and the lady who answered my call was very rude on the phone and i just hung up on her....

Portia and scarlett dresses: one dress i ordered was based on the one you showed in the pictures provided and i got a white dress!!! The other two dresses had no breast lining at all! Not even bra cups or anything! So disappointed

Ordered a dress on Oct 23 which I needed to wear on Nov7th. They sent me a “sorry this dress is no longer available” notice on Oct 29th... 6 days later! Now I can’t even pick a different dress because they claim the order takes up to 7 days to process. I asked if they could rush it since they did not deliver the dress they claim to have in stock when I ordered and also charged me for. They said no. Now I don’t have a dress for my husband’s Marine Corps Birthday ball. Therefore, my experience with thedresswarehouse was crap. I will not give them credit for the full refund.. they didn’t delivered the dress so no crap I asked for my money back! ..

Size chart is way off and can't return item

Los dos vestidos que me han enviado están defectuosos. Costuras mal, copas deformadas, un total desastre de compra.

Dress arrived damaged and they refused to refund me. They said it can be fixed but it can’t and it’s unwearable. Terrible experience and extremely unfair to pair so much for a dress and not be able to wear it!! Damaged products - don’t buy!!

I followed the size chart, order the dress and it is too big for me, and now I just stuck with it, unable to exchange it for a smaller size.
