Outstanding Service — Far Beyond My Expectations
I had an urgent Amazon FBA shipment situation and needed a prep center in Florida to receive a pallet, relabel 12 cartons, and send them back to Amazon as quickly as possible. Farhan was incredible. ABF delivered my pallet to his Orlando facility in the morning, and within hours, he had all 12 cartons properly relabeled and handed over to UPS that same afternoon. I honestly did not expect such a fast turnaround. Throughout the process, Farhan was responsive, professional, efficient, and very easy to work with. Most importantly, he understood that timing mattered and treated my relatively small shipment with real urgency and care. The shipment has now been successfully delivered to Amazon, and all 144 units were accounted for. After this experience, I would not hesitate to work with Farhan again or recommend his services to other Amazon sellers. Finding a reliable prep center that communicates well and acts quickly can make an enormous difference when dealing with an urgent FBA shipment. Thank you, Farhan, for turning a stressful situation into a successful delivery. Five stars are very well deserved!
