The Dinner Detective True Crime Murder Mystery Dinner ShowReviews of thedinnerdetective.com

The actors were great! Very fun event with friends and family. My 18 year old loved strategizing “who done it”. However, the food was absolutely terrible. It was frozen chicken that was reheated with watery pasta on a plate with mushrooms and canned vegetables. Eat before you go or try a different venue. It was $83 for terrible food.

This was such a great experience! The staff were amazing! This was so fun!

Our group loved the event and everyone had a great time. The actors were amazing! The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is because there was a mixup on the final meal order.

Super fun way to celebrate our end of year holiday party! Highly recommend.

The staff was enthusiastic. My team had fun. I would recommend a different plot when its a private event. More like a Clue vibe where everyone has a character to be and one of us is the murderer. It was awkward with extras trying to blend in with my team.

Our venue had split the party into two sides of a large open area, and the actors stayed on one side the entire night. One half of the room couldn't hear or see or undertand what was going on for 2 hours. There was no "crowd control" by the actors to bring the entire room together. It was a big disappointment.

Attended The Dinner Detective Syracuse. It was held in beautiful, charming historical building. Wow! high ceiling, nice details! Original blue prints on the wall. Spectacular! The food was amazing! they had a choice of so many main course items that you could chose from! Primavera sauce was very tasty! Chicken Marsala! Oufff, yummy! Very kind bartender and 2 amazing very attentive ladies were serving us! At first we thought they were sisters. Clues were a bit hard to get, but show is so much fun!

First experience with this and we loved it. Two of the actors were at our table and had no clue. Lots of laughs and such a great time!! Highly recommend!
