Horrible customer service. They just cut and paste the same response saying theyre sorry without trying to correct their mistake. Frustrating and straight up insulting.

They use a shipping company that just leaves a package at the door with no alerts that it's been delivered. It took a week for me to find out, at that point the package was "gone". If you're going to send stuff to urban areas, pay for a service that will get a signature or have a tag left to pick up at a post office.

I love love love this place. Order something every week basically and they have a good rewards program and you can get up to 3 samples of almost any product on their website for around $8.00. Again, love this place..for reals.

I placed a 3 item order, carefully selecting. My confirm came back with 1 item on an auto subscription renewal. It took many emails and some phone calls to cancel the order, on which I"ve finally rec'd confirmation. However my payment remains in their hands still.

Be really careful ordering from this company - only buy a product that you've already used before and know 100% it will work for you. If you react to a product, they only offer store credit PLUS they expect you to pay to return the product to them. For those reasons, I do not recommend this store and will not use them again.

I ordered a few products from the company. Received the package 2 days later and couldn't be happier with the quality of the products.

I ordered a deodorant (the takesumi detox charcoal). I have used it before and it has been amazing. This time the colour was totally different and the product smelled like something was wrong. Not good in any way and not what it used to smell. I aproached the customer service. The said it is completely normal to have this kind of difference between different batches in colour and odor and it was completely safe to use the product. That is it, no refund not even a new product to replace the obviously spoiled product in my hands. And the funny thing in this all is that where they say the product is completely ok and safe to use they do not let me rewiev it in the e-mail they send me. Only the other product that I ordered alonside with the deodorant! I'm sorry, I cannot recommend this kind of service to anyone and it is a shame for these kinds of product are hard to find, atleast in Europe!

Hey guess what? I just used my credit card and it worked and I tried to use it to buy a product to take care of myself and it was declined. Shocker! Guess I won't be ordering from you guys anymore unless you let me order from you then I'll give you business:)
