I ordered 2 sunscreens worth rs 1200 prepaid on the official website , what I got was 1 moisturizer in the delivery , i requested a refund and the delivery executive that came to my home straight up neglected to take my order cause he said it shows that he has to get 2 things whereas I only got 1 , their customer service is so pathetic that you can never reach a real person to talk to only and only pathetic ai will talk to you all day long

I have ordered some items. Got 2 items missing almost worth 1200/- . I have mailed them, tried chat service there is only automatic reply no geniune reply or feedback or coustomer service solving technique in derma co. Every things works automatically. I ordered Kojic Acid Facewash (Order ID: 81023604085) with a free sunscreen worth ₹699. But the sunscreen was missing in the package. I contacted via email and social media, but no response yet. Very disappointing. Registered Mobile: 9839622649 Email: sha***
