Very poor customer service. Aggressive phone calls and pressure to set up meetings that they didn't show up to, then tried to blame it on a busy schedule instead of coming clean and admitting they dropped the ball. No response to emails involving their return policy within the 14 day return window according to their published policies. Very shady and illegal practices!

Slow, no communication and expensive. Im over 2 months in and still no devise or response. A Lawsuit is next. DONT BUY THIS DEVICE!!!

Once my kit was delivered I began to experience incredible pain with Daybreak’s MAD sleep apnea device. They had ignored requests to support on the phone and via email. They also said I had six months to try out the device but it is only 30 days. They are behaving like crooks. Avoid them.
