Shady company. Lied to me during my results consultation, locked me into financing with a third party company with a 20%+ interest rate without disclosing they would be doing that, will not refund me despite no impressions made or device created or delivered.

This company is so full of it
This company is so full of it. The device sucks. it barely fits in your mouth. The sales guy promises check ins, a guarantee it works. I received my device on August 1st and they have not gotten back to me until today.

Fraudulent scammers
Fraudulent scammers. Will not disclose price breakdowns and up selling, and will not refund $2300 for a device that hasn't been made yet. Will give you the runaround. There are also FDA complaints of devices breaking inside peoples mouths while they sleep. Stay FAR away.

Stole Money
Very pushy sales tactics. They told me my insurance only covered $200 and I had to foot the remaining $2,242.50. I happen to check my EOB and saw they actually paid $1497.00. They STOLE $1,244.50 from me... Won't return my phone calls or emails. Next step is BBB. Avoid this company at all cost. It's extremely expensive for what you get and they are shady at best.

Try something besides Daybreak
I ordered the device ($2,800) after I took their sleep test. The sleep test was delivered 6/2/26 and I ordeder the device the next day. They sent the impression kit and I sent that back the same day I received it. I received my device on 7/10/26. The top tray literally wouldn't stay on my teeth. The "custom made device" couldn't be that custom as I couldn't wear it. They said they would do a remake. Here we are 8/18/26 and I do not have the remake, time frame of when I will receive it and I'm still dealing with my sleeping problem. $2,800, 3 and a half months in, still no functioning device and still no sleeping solution

Do NOT order their sleep test but save your money!
Do NOT order their sleep test but save your money - Daybreak sleep apnea medical provider sleep test is a scam! I would give 0 if I could. A complete scam! I ordered and paid for the home sleep test and after 2 nights got the message that results aren't conclusive and I need to do another 2 nights. Since I was traveling I wanted to do it a week later. After 5 days I get a message and email that the the results are available (??) and I should schedule a call with a 'doctor'. Nobody called me at my first appointment, but several messages before and after this date to call me, which never worked out. When someone finally called me, he asked for the problems I have: "None". "Well, do you snore?" "No" "Any other sleep problems?" "No, I'm just tired in the mornings and wanted to do this test." After this, he told me that everything is ok, I don't have sleep apnea and I don't need any device. Right after this, he asked me again if I snore. "No!" He wasn't happy about this but stayed polite. After this call, where we both agreed that I don't have sleep apnea, I am fine and don't need any sleep device, Daybreak sends me regular messages and emails with reminders to go forward with my "prescribed oral appliance to treat your sleep apnea". The 'Financial Aid Team' wants to walk me through my insurance coverage, FSA/HSA options and payment plans.
In the beginning, I answered "I don't have sleep apnea = no device needed", then blocked messages. I still get the occasional email, but don't answer. This whole "sleep test" is a scam!

Be extremely cautioCaution: Unauthorized CareCredit charge after explicit cancellationus when dealing with…
Be extremely cautious when dealing with Daybreak. During my initial sales interactions, I experienced persistent, high-pressure spam messaging. When I explicitly told the sales representative I needed to discuss the price with my spouse before moving forward, they ignored my boundary and stated they would send the kit anyway "just to keep things moving."
I promptly followed up with my contact to state clearly that I did not want to move forward. After I canceled, they went completely silent. However, at the end of the month, I received notification that my CareCredit account was being charged $2,716.00 for services that were never rendered.
When I reached out to Daybreak repeatedly to resolve this unauthorized charge, customer support failed to take any meaningful action.

What a sham
What a sham, paid $99 for sleep test for my VA claim test comes back positive and rep calls with info about device. Tells me they already preapproved my insurance coverage for 2 devices and they start the process of getting molds for the device etc. Before I even get the molds I get phone calls from a creditor looking for payment. I get lots of spam invoices sent to me all the time I suspected this was another and ignored their calls and emails. Come to find out it was a payment for DAYBREAK but they did not identify they were associated with them nor did Daybreak tell me I would begin getting charged already for a product I don't even have yet. After them calling and emailing me I finally realized who they were and made payments to catch up and my credit report shows late payment and took a hit from over 800 to 720. No clear answers from Daybreak just abstract email replies from different associates every time not clearly clarifying the issues. So many things about this company are shady, my insurance was NEVER preapproved, and if it was they only allow ONE device so they upsold me on an additional device and never even called my insurance. Then they send the molds and schedule a pickup for the next day then are mad when the pickup is missed, wouldn't you wait til I have them ready before scheduling a pickup? Now after telling them about my credit taking a hit because they billed me in advance they now tell me my order is canceled and I am being refunded... REFUNDED? What about my credit score? What about months of runaround and lies amd BS doctor calls and all the baloney associated with your horrible company. Avoid these jokers at ALL COST, no pun intended.
