The Custom PackagingReviews of thecustompackaging.com

great company very professional

Working with Brian Tyler was great! They answered all of my questions and got back to me at a timely manner. I love the final product of custom designed header cards! The only complaint I had was the shipping company, DHS which was not related "The Custom Packaging". I sent in the complaint to Brian, my person of contact at "The Custom Packaging" and they actually called me to tell me that my complaint was sent to their manager and told me that this issue won't happen again. They told the time to call me which was really appreciated!

We have been working with The Custom Packaging on numerous projects over the course of the past year. Our contact person, Brian has always be patient, persistent, found mistakes on our side and works hard to get us the best possible result. We have given them a few challenging projects and they have always risen to the challenge and exceeded our exceptions. I would highly recommend The Custom Packaging team for your next project.

Really great experience - crazy-fast production times, quick ship, professional and attentive staff. Would definitely work with them again.

I am very pleased with my custom packaging. I received great customer service from Eric throughout my entire ordering process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to elevate their products packaging.

The best easy and fast service, and Eric is the best for customer service. Thanks to Eric I have my eyelashes boxes to start..

I had the pleasure of working with Eric and he helped me with the design of my boxes within a few days. I had to make a few different chances and worked with me. The turnaround time is very quick, I got the boxes in less than 8 days.

Great service and awesome quality, Thanks Eric!!
