Boxes arrived quickly and were beautiful. Thanks James for the great service!

I just want to say Thank you to The custom packaging and Brian the customer service representative. They are very detailed oriented, they offer excellent customer service as well as boxes and labels. I’m placing my second order since the experience was so easy and precise.

Brian worked diligently to make this a pleasant experience and to produce exactly what I was looking for. Timely, professional and outstanding product. I am so happy with our custom boxes that will make for a high-touch feel for our clients.

The whole staff at The Custom Packaging company especially my sales agent , Brian, gave exceptional customer service. Brian was accommodating and patient throughout my decision making process. I received my beautiful custom boxes quickly and I couldn’t be happier with the final product. I will be using them again. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with TCP. David helped me find the perfect packaging at a great price and was very attentive to my needs. The boxes I received were of impeccable quality and had a nice, velvety finish that I really appreciate. The printing is lovely and looks exactly how I envisioned. The boxes were also easy to assemble, and a perfect fit for my product.

David was very helpful and went above and beyond to provide me with options to meet my needs.

I sent an email asking for assistance with creating a box for a fragrance. David was extremely helpful with creating the boxes. He also responded very quickly to all of my questions. I received the product as promised. I highly recommend David as a sales associate.

I was in a bind, my first choice of vendor for my boxes dropped the ball and I was faced with a short time frame and needing a new vendor. David helped me thru the process, worked an agreement with the processing people and made sure I had my boxes in time for me to meet my timeline. My client is thrilled and my boss is happy. I have a new vendor for my boxes going forward!
