The Custom PackagingReviews of thecustompackaging.com

Great customer service and Sean kept me informed on the entire process from when I placed my order through delivery!

Sean was very helpful from the beginning, as I needed boxes to make my aromatherapy eye pillows shine on the shelf. He gave me pricing and information for a few different options and was transparent about all details, no hidden fees, etc. I was looking for custom boxes for a while already and had dealt with a couple possible scams so I was relieved to have such an awesome & easy experience with this company. Sean stayed communicative throughout the process and followed up to help me perfect the thickness of the boxes after the first order. They make my product look so professional and stunning! Thank you :) - Two Birds Eco Shop, Tacoma WA

Incredibly fast, great service, amazing quality! Would definitely reorder and recommend to a friend.

Steve Smith was awesome and extremely helpful throughout our entire process. The boxes are top quality as well.

I can’t recommend The Custom Packaging Company highly enough to do justice to how hesitant I was to finally go ahead with designing custom packaging for my very small business. I was lucky to have Sean Anderson begin my design process and answer so many questions and revisions I put him through! He has restored my faith in customer service. Sean was so very helpful, patiently facilitating revision after revision until it turned into the packaging I had always envisioned for this product. The finished custom printed boxes arrived quickly after the final design and I can now feel confident placing in stores! So thank you Sean and The Custom Packing for your high quality production and overall excellent experience!
