The Custom PackagingReviews of thecustompackaging.com

Hello I had a really good experience ordering from this company I know it might seem kinda sketchy at first but they hold there word true Samuel Morris was very kind and easy to work with I also liked how informative he was about how everything was being done. Perfectly done I'll be ordering more boxes in the near future

We’ve been working with The Custom Packaging for a few months now, and the quality of their products is outstanding. Additionally, they are extremely fast and capable of delivering our boxes in record time. What stands out the most is their genuine care for our product, just as much as we do. They are proactive and always looking for ways to improve. A special mention goes to Brian, our Sales Supervisor, whose dedication and attention to detail are unmatched. He’s always available for us, even on weekends, a true professional to whom we are incredibly grateful. With their excellent products, highly competitive pricing, and incredible attention to detail, we look forward to working with them for many years to come!

My experience with the Custom Packaging company was professional from beginning to end. Steve was very responsive to my questions and was able to provide sample images, pricing and proofs very quickly. I was so excited when the product boxes came in. They were exactly what I wanted. I immediately ordered two more sizes for other products. The quality is outstanding.

EDIBLE SOURCE CORP feels their work is amazing and the turn-around time was sooner than expected! Five Stars easily.

Out of all the vendors I talked to, Sam from thecustompackaging.com is the most helpful and efficient on communication - they also did an amazing job meeting our deadline with quality works, definitely 100% recommend and hope to work with them again!!

We are repeat customers and really appreciate the customer service and the attention to details.

Communication throughout the process and follow-up afterward were both great! The product was reasonably priced, delivered when promised, and our company is very satisfied with the end result!

I located Custom Packaging on a Google search for a custom box and Sean was extremely helpful from the very first connection. He walked me through options, design, and the process without me having to pay a deposit. In the end, I felt very comfortable and confident in my selection in using this company and the price was very reasonable. I loved the finish product, it was exactly what I wanted and now they have a customer for life now. Thanks guys
