Drapery hardware, nonfunctional website, can’t seem to get customer service
Well, first this is not a curtain store, it’s a window treatment hardware store. I have had a terrible time on their website. There’s something wrong with it and it’s painfully slow. Some items are prohibitively expensive, others are just pricey. The freight they want to charge me for two finials is about $25, which seems exorbitant. They have a lot of products that are hard to find elsewhere. They don’t seem to have any customer service whatsoever, although if their website didn’t keep timing out perhaps I could drill down enough to find a link.
