Shipping was top notch! The item arrived very quickly, and in perfect condition. The item was very fragile glass, packed excellently to avoid breakage. It traveled across the entire country undamaged.

Problem resolved
I did have a problem with my order. One of the lamp shades sent was incorrect, however it was resolved VERY quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate ordering again from this company. The customer service was wonderful and the products I ordered were very nice.

I ordered a rooster canister, shipping was fast, it arrived on time, and the canister was well packaged. The canister was adorable, great addition to our kitchen.

My sign is bent in several places
My sign is bent in several places. When it was shipped there is nothing on the box handle with care, bendable or anything.
