Horrific. I have young onset dementia and was sold to purchase this. I paid $750 and realized that I’m to I’ll to be able to assist in writing a book. I very nicely asked for a refund and they agreed. For a week I have stressed cause that’s half my disability. I was told over and over they would reimburse me and they left me hanging. I’m out $750 and they didn’t do one ounce of work. This is disability abuse.
