My issue is with trying to open an account, I made several attempts but the website kept saying my password ideas were weak and giving me theirs instead. I got fed up and did not open one. The products are wonderful. The website needs some reviewing.

The last time I received an order it seemed like the package had insect remains in it. The fabric is stiff and I was afraid to take it out of the package for fear of contaminating my house with something from China. I would pay more if you would make your products in the USA.

I will continue to purchase your PJ's. However, that damn inside label on the left rib-cage side....even cutting it out, you have it sewn into the seam! Do you know how annoying that is? For close to $100.00 - the pj's should be perfect. Stop it with sewing the uncomfortable labels into the INSIDE seams!

I sent a gift of pajamas to a friend and paid for gift wrapping which included a note. My friend received the pajamas and loved them, but there was no note inside so she had no idea who sent them why. After waiting to hear from her, I had to call and ask her if she had received, which solved the mystery, but took some of the joy out of surprising her.

Ordered Ghastlies, size small, for my daughter, but received Geishas instead. I chatted online with customer service and was told (without any kind of apology) the right style would be shipped and a return envelope would be included. I received the correct style and return envelope promptly, but the pants were size x-small—not small. I’m keeping both...I can wear the small. Product is excellent, but execution of order was sloppy—twice🙁

I was hoping that I would LOVE the PJs I ordered from The Cat's Pajamas, because I thought they were quite expensive. I did love the fabric--quality and design--and the PJ bottoms. I didn't care for the styling of the top so much. It's too short and the cupped style of the short sleeves looks strange. I only wear the PJ bottoms now with one of my own solid tee shirts. Unless the style of the PJ shirt changes, or the company creates the option of buying the bottoms separately (which I wish they would), I won't be buying another pair.

I love the pajamas! But this is my third pair. I have had to reorder because they tear under the arms
