Dissatisfied Long Term Loyal Customer
I first discovered The Cat's Pajamas when Will & Grace was still airing. I have purchased over 10 pairs of The Cat's Pajamas over the years. However, recent changes to fit, cut and material quality coupled with poor customer service has left me dissatisfied. I have always ordered women's mediums and had no problems with fit. A couple of older pairs had shrunk significantly and I decided to order a new pair in large in anticipation of this shrinkage. The new cut is so small that I can barely fit into the legs. In speaking with customer service representative, I was told I had been shipped a small that was mislabeled as large and was advised that a replacement pair would be sent out immediately. After waiting for over a month for the replacement pair, I called again and was told there was no notification on my customer profile with regard to a replacement being sent. Almost three months after I initially placed my order (which were supposed to be for Christmas Day), the replacement package arrived, containing a pair of bottoms with the exact same measurements as the originals. #epicfail
