The shorts are way too small for an XL. I already have the long pj's in XL and the bottoms fit fine. Why wouldn't the shorts fit like the long pj's????

Bought pjs for my wife for Christmas, were wrong size so I tried to contact customer service about the return process and never got a response. I’m out 50 dollars and stuck with pjs that don’t fit.

Good customer service however the pajamas I purchased were the most expensive pajamas I have ever purchased but yet the most uncomfortable pajamas I have ever worn. The cotton is course and rough to the skin. I washed them to see if they would improve after washing, only to find out that they did not improve. I called to express my dissatisfaction but was told that since they were washed (even though I had just received them) they were no longer returnable and that hopefully in 10-15 years they will soften up with time. Not my idea of a pair of pajamas that cost over $100.

LL, Really sorry to hear this. There are many different cottons available and we have many customers who adore our poplin pjs. You might be happier with a pima cotton. Please contact me and we will offer you a discount on your next purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot take back a pair of PJ's after they have been washed.

Had to return them. The fabric was really cute, but low marks for construction, style and fit. They are just PJ's, but the X-Small pajama pants were nearly wide enough for 2 of me. So no. I'm not going to dress like a clown for bed.

I was so excited to get my pajamas and when I took them out of the package the material was horrible quality and the cut and fit was just plain awful. Sadly, I sent them back and will never order from this company again.
