The Castle JewelryReviews of thecastlejewelry.com

My husband has purchased several items over the years from The Castle Jewelry store. Every purchased was handled by professional, knowledgeable staff. You can purchased jewelry at any jewelry store, however, it is the quality of the item, the friendly, knowledgeable sales staff, and the affordable pricing that will keep us coming back to the The Castle Jewelry Store as this is our favorite jewelry store!!!

Love my bracelet! It was preowned but looks brand-new! Shipping was the next day and customer service was amazing! I would purchase from Castle jewelry again.

Thanks to the castle, I got the perfect wedding set for my wife as well as my own wedding band. They answered all my questions and found the best options for my budget. Package arrived only 2 days later! Definitely the only place I will buy jewelry at from now on.

This place is awesome for the jewelry lover! I have purchased several pieces of jewelry as well as other cool electronics from the Castle over the years. I always get a fabulous piece of jewelry and something extra because the prices are so great compared to the mall. I will always shop here and never pay retail again. They even have a web site to browse if you cant make it into the store. I love this place!!!!!!

I bought a 1/2 carat diamond wedding band in 14k white gold. Brittany spent time telling me about the diamond count and helped me decide on the sizing. I was truly impressed with her service and help. It is hard making a purchase online. I will not have doubts if I purchase from them again online! I trust them and they are now my jewelers. I live in FL and come to KY 2 times a year. Every time we come, I go check out the deals! You can not beat their prices or the quality!

I have been a customer of The Castle for years. I know I will receive excellent service and a friendly welcome. I wouldnt buy jewelry anywhere else.

Brittany immediately started a chat line with me and from there it was total customer service! She send photos via email and texts trying to find the perfect ring for us. My fiancée loves it! Thanks so much for your help! Charlie was fantastic as well, looking forward to a long lasting relationship with these people! Chris
