It sounds like the Cosmic Gray color may have been selected at checkout in error, and we are sorry to hear that this may have happened. If you would prefer to switch to Midnight Black instead, we would be happy to help with an exchange once your Playpen arrives. Your Playpen and Play Mat + Cover have shipped and are currently on their way to you. The item that has already been delivered is the Beach Umbrella, which is only offered in our Sweet Mint color. We also responded to your email the morning after it was received with tracking information and additional details about your order. We understand that waiting for packages to arrive can be frustrating, especially when items ship separately from different fulfillment locations. We have been experiencing a higher-than-normal volume of customer inquiries, which has unfortunately impacted our response times, and we're sorry for any frustration that may have caused. After looking into your order, we discovered there was an issue with the playpen SKU in our system that caused a delay in processing. We are happy to confirm that your Playpen and Umbrella are now awaiting shipment from our warehouse. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Hi Katherine, my name is Austin, and I am one of the original founders of this brand. I wanted to personally reach out and make sure you knew what was going on, and figure out how I can help. We launched this brand as parents ourselves in 2018, and after years of crazy growth, we sold it to a private equity group in 2021. Over the last few years, the brand was severely mismanaged, and a laundry list of issues arose, including poor customer service. We saw this happening so we actually just bought the brand back! We closed the transaction in November 2025, and then it took us about a month to get everything transferred over - from our Amazon store and website stuff to our 3PL shipping and warehousing to all of the operational systems and software. So during that transition time, a lot of customers experienced issues. It sounds like you might have been one of them and I want to sincerely apologize and let you know we are here to help and never want to leave anyone hanging.
