I contacted Brio to inquire about LLC formation services. Initially, I was asked a few questions, which I understand are part of a pre-qualification process. However, the overall experience was disappointing and annoying and late responses After sharing details about my business and I did not receive a proper response. Instead, I was told that they could not work with me and that I should look elsewhere. While I respect that service providers may have their own client criteria, the communication felt abrupt and lacked professionalism. There was no clear guidance, no structured explanation, and no effort to assist or redirect properly. A more professional approach would have been to clearly explain requirements, provide basic direction, or handle the conversation more respectfully. Overall, the experience felt dismissive and poorly handled.
