Hello Rob, We’d like to let you know that we appreciate the constructive feedback and rating that you’ve provided for Bannersnack. It’s always good to see that our users are enjoying our design platform while making use of its features and capabilities. Having a simplified UI and design environment has been our main goal when Bannersnack first started as we wanted to make designing easier and quicker so that our customers could improve their workflow and create more banners, faster! Since not everyone is a designer, we did our best to keep things as simple as possible and we’ve been doing a pretty solid job on that aspect up until now so we plan on keeping things that way for as much as possible. If, however, you will ever be in need of assistance, rest assured as our support representatives are always eager to help, having the necessary knowledge to aid you with a solution, so just drop us a text in our integrated chat widget and someone will assist you right away!

Hello John, Thanks for taking the time to rate our service! We can understand where you're coming from but in our pricing, we clearly specify that the Starter subscription does not contain animations. We invested a lot of time and effort to build our service and we strongly believe it brings value to our users. While the monthly price is indeed higher than the yearly one, you can always try our service for one month then upgrade to the yearly subscription. The yearly price is lower than the monthly one in order to reward the users that commit for a longer period. I hope the above explanation cleared the misunderstanding. If there's anything else we can do for you please do not hesitate to contact us on our live chat. Have an amazing rest of the week!
