Run Away from This Company
I've rarely dealt with a less professional company. While they promised: • Professional manuscript alignment and structuring to ensure logical flow, consistency, and readability • Comprehensive proofreading to eliminate grammatical, spelling, and typographical errors • In-depth editing to enhance clarity, tone, style, and overall impact upon author's approval what I received at first was a Grammarly-level edit of my manuscript, and when I called them on the AI use, they then edited (with AI) in ways that completely changed my book's details. I got them back on track, sent them fully edited manuscript, got AI-created cover art, which is fine, and even though they had assured me we had plenty of time to publish before the midterm elections, now they are dragging their feet to try to upsell me on press release packages. I certainly won't use them for the second book in this series, if this first one ever actually gets published.
