If I could give zero stars, I would! I am experiencing the same issue as others. I ordered a tablet and was told that it is being shipped from the manufacturer and they do not have any shipping nor tracking info. I will be reporting this website to BBB. Very unprofessional. I guess it was too good to be true for the price.

Orderd a tablet and still havent received it and cant contact anyone.... Guess i just got messed over , they took my money ... The bookne is horrible , i wish i could report them to someone , its not right for them to just take people money like that.. Then i havent been able to even speak to anyone at all , no updates on if my tablet has shipped or not. Its horrible , i want my money back ! oh how i wish i could report this.

Still waiting for my tablet ...no answer back I got answer one time said its shipped throuh the manufacture 2 to 6 weeks then says cant cancel the order if i dont want it then i can just not pick it up from the post office wouldnt it just come to my house ??? Took my money now dont know what to do

Compete scam!! I paid $90 for a kindle and it never came. Their customer service phone number doesn't even exist. Don't make the same mistake.

I have the same problem as the others. Ordered a tablet in January and an still waiting. I emailed them and they said that the tablet is being shipped from the manufacturer and will take from 2 to 6 weeks for delivery. SWell its been 6 weeks and still no tablet. And now they do not respond to my emails or to the phone numbers listed. SCAMMERS

Its a Fake Website. I ordered a tablet from them and they have charged my credit card and no replies after that. I think the website owner is kevin and beware of this fake website. I suggest not to order any items from this website.

I ordered a tablet from them for my daughters birthday. I didn't hear anything from them until I threatened to contact the Better business bureau. Only then did they send me an email stating that my tablet shipped. The only response back from them that I get is an automated email. No one answers the number they provide for questions or concerns. I did in fact report them. Hopefully they don't steal anyone else's money. I'm pretty heated! I wish I didn't even have to give them one star!
