I am trying to verify my age for 3 months now. I can't access my account. I've tried every shit with the age verification but it's still not working. I am a guy of age so I don't understand. Please work on it ASAP.

We’re sorry to hear you’ve been unable to access your account for three months because of age verification. We understand how frustrating this is. Yoti is the provider responsible for age verification. We’re sending you an information request through Trustpilot so we can identify your account and investigate what’s preventing you from completing the process. The TheBlowers Team 😉

Hello, I would like to confirm whether a user profile can still receive private messages and email notifications even if the user has not logged into the app for several months. Could you also tell me if inactive accounts are hidden, deactivated, or deleted after a specific period of inactivity?
Response from TheBlowersJul 29, 2025
Hello, Thank you for your message. A user profile remains active as long as the account has not been manually closed by the user or by our team. Even after a long period of inactivity, private messages can still be received, and email notifications may continue to be sent if enabled in the account settings. However, as stated in our Terms of Use (Article 5), an account is automatically deactivated after 18 months of inactivity (no login). Once deactivated, the profile is no longer visible on the site. Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions. TheBlowers team 😉

Thank you for your feedback! Activity levels can vary depending on the time and the users online, but we encourage everyone to engage and interact. Don’t hesitate to reach out first to spark conversations! See you soon! TheBlowers Team 😉
