I have yet to experience this cleanse I here a lot about loosing weight I’m not looking to loose weight but just to clear myself from possible parasites and heavy metals and heal my stomach as I feel I have bacterial problem would love to speak with someone for more advice

It was a great cleanse but I worried about the sugar content in the many glasses of apple juice I was consuming daily, especially during the main 5 day cleanse, In saying that, I lost 4 kilos and a lot of inches around my stomach. Also, I was really surprised about the alien stuff that came out of my body_ it had to be good to get rid of that stuff!

Hi Karen . Thanks for the review. During the cleanse you can also switch the apple juice for water in the shakes if you're worried about the sugar. But doing a water fast is pretty extreme and most people aren't really used to it so it's good to get some calories in.
