Hi Syed thank you for taking the time to write your review we reply to all reviews good or bad , and if you see majority of our reviews they are all good. because your jacket did not fit and we could not replace because we sold out fast of the jackets you purchased and we have not had any complaints at all from all the other satisfied customers , and you advised you will return them 2 days ago only ! , we feel your review of poor customer service does not fit with this comment or the products . we replied every step of the way to all your emails which we consider as good customer service. thank you again for your comment and we are sorry the jackets did not fit you and we could not replace due to being sold out fast.

Hi Mr Rizvi thank you for taking the time out to write your review , we appreciate all reviews and we also respond to all our customers. with your review we feel this is very harsh indeed , especially when we offered to exchange your £15.99 branded jacket or refund you , this is normal good practice we believe and good customer service. on your occasion you said you will keep the jacket and give it to your son !. we were more than willing to take back and refund you and this is why we are unhappy about your 1 star. you will see many great reviews and sometimes we do get it wrong, but we are always here to make it right.
