The Beast works well... for awhile. Then the motor just up and died on me, less than 2 years after I'd purchased it. I had the original receipt, I'd registered it, etc., but when I wrote to the company (they don't publish their phone number, and I know why) that I wanted it to be repaired or replaced since it was still under warranty, I got stonewalled. Nothing. No communication. Nothing. And I left two messages on their official site on the customer portal. Incredibly unethical company that gives American business a bad name. Avoid at all costs!!

Following all instructions I made a smoothie and the container won’t open. Support claim it is my fault and I should buy a new blade and container. This is a few months old, barely used and now the most expensive model is useless. Even when working much cheaper brands were superior. DO NOT BUY from this company.

I seen these for my first time and I noticed it was only $5.99 for 5,000 puffs. I thought that's a pretty good deal, so I grabbed the Blueberry raspberry, lemon and I found out why it was so cheap. I can't speak for any other flavors. Because this is the only one I tried and it is the only one I will ever try. Because it is disgusting and it hurts the back of your throat. Not only that, when you take a puff off of it, it don't feel satisfying like you just took a big puff off of a vape. If that makes sense. More like half air half vapor.

Ordered from this company and the package never arrived. Customer service was polite but the answer was no refund and no replacement, because I hadn't bought their optional Package Protection. I was told to chase the carrier myself. I'm genuinely disappointed. Taking a customer's money, failing to deliver, and then pointing at an add-on they declined is not how a company should handle this. I'd think twice before ordering.

My blender is churning out some hot juice as the machine is hot. I have tried to email them 3-4 times. I got one response giving me tips and pointers on how to use it. I fear that using the machine might be dangerous but I can't get a hold of anyone.

The marketing for Beast blenders is slick and persuasive, but my experience shows this company is not trustworthy. I purchased a blender from the UK distributor, and within a few months the blade assembly developed faults. A replacement part was sent, but the issue recurred. Replacement parts have been unavailable for months, and my refund requests were ignored. The UK distributor is now in liquidation, leaving customers without recourse, yet the US brand refuses to resolve the issue. The worst company I’ve dealt with.

I placed an order on December 19, 2025(a Friday) with overnight priory delivery. a label wasn't made it on Monday, which I understand since it was the weekend. it has been over a week since I have placed the order and I have been trying to cancel the order but I have been dealing with stupid AI and it will not let me talk to real person. it says that they do not have a cancelation policy but I can return the product if I want. How am I going to return a product that I have not received yet. On top of that they want to charge another 20 for a "return label and box" I ended up just going to my bank and filling a fraud charge and explained the whole situation and they thankfully have taken care of it.

I really regret buying my Beast blender. The product itself looks great but the real test of a brand is what happens when something goes wrong, and Beast have completely failed here. My blender has been broken for almost three months and trying to claim under the warranty has been impossible. I have sent photos, videos and full explanations. Every time they tell me someone will get back to me and nobody ever does. I have had to chase and chase, I have even had to mention trading standards, and still I only ever receive empty reassurance with no actual resolution. At this price point, and from a smaller boutique style brand, I expected excellent customer service. Instead it has been one of the worst support experiences I have ever had. I honestly do not think a more established brand would treat customers like this. So yes, the machine looks nice on the kitchen counter. But if it breaks and you need to use the warranty, be prepared for a real struggle.
