NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. IT'S TOTALLY A SCAM I'm given 1 star because i'm not able to give 0 star.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY---what a fraud! I ordered a high-end item that did not fit in my bathroom, so I promptly repacked it and requested a return within the 30-day period. I was told I had to ship it back at my own cost (which I did) and insure it (which I did). When they unpacked it they apparently found the tiniest scratch you could ever find, which was almost certainly there from the beginning and I just never noticed it. They refused to give me a refund and refused to let me speak with a manager. Then I asked them to at least mail the item back to me so I could try to sell it myself and they said I'd have to pay for return shipping. I am already in over $500 on this item and now they have my merchandise and won't sent it back to me unless I pay another $100. This is so ridiculous--I'm confident they will turn around and re-sell this item to someone else.I am telling my interior designer so that she knows to never recommend this company to anyone else again. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Item sold as new arrived damaged. Despite photos documenting the damage provided to the company, resolution offered was parts replacement only, requiring delays and additional installer visits. We incurred ~$200 in unplanned labor to complete installation. Inner packaging was undamaged, raising quality-control concerns. No compensation offered. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.
