Trevor and staff were so supportive. Not to mention the people in group. Everyone is encouraging and they listen. You are able to go through life and come back saying that something isnt working, or the path that you thought lead you to them changed and everyone listens. 1000% recommend. I am definitely becoming a different and better person because of Trevor.

This is a vey real and legitimate program that helped me in so many ways - across going through a breakup, re-finding my sense of self, challenging bad beliefs I had and overall making me a stronger and better person in all aspects of my life. The 4 month structure and weekly calls and 1-1 sessions included really gave me the community and consistency to help me grow and become a better person and I'm grateful to have found the program!!

I did this course and found it very helpful. I became more secure in myself and am finally not worried about other people’s opinions. Trevor has the course well structure, and I was able to do a deep dive and find areas of myself that needed some work. Thankful I did this course!

Trevor and his team have done an amazing job creating a step by step plan to help people who are struggling with being anxiously attached. The education, one on one sessions, and group sessions all work seamlessly together to create a program that that can take you from anxiously attached to secure.
