Worst company ever!!!! NEVER order anything from this people, they do not comply with the minimum requirements tobe on the market!!!!

This company has to be the worst company I've ever dealt with I ordered a case for my phone on March 18th and I've had nothing but a run around with them I will never do business with this company again and I guess I just lost 80 bucks

I ordered a case end of January, 2 weeks later I emailed customer support for shipping info and got no response. Another week later I emailed again and was told the item has shipped and they would send tracking info. After another week of silence I requested my order be canceled and refunded. No response again then finally on week 5 the item arrived albeit in the wrong color. Case quality is average at best. I would give customer service negative -5star rating and a 1 start for the quality of the item received.

Well I ordered a 100W Foldable Samsung Charger and it was not what I got. I got a 15 Watt Max charger built cheaply despite their $50 price tag. Could have gotten one cheaper from the dollar store. Their "Star Reviews" on their site are all bogus. Scroll to the bottom there are no reviews left on the site.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. First it took over 3wks to get my cases and they sent me the wrong cases. I coundn't contact anyone to express my request to return the items for a refund. I sent them a email and asked for a return address and nothing. I spent $140. I ordered 2 more from Amazon and received them in 2 days. The reviews are terrible. I'm kicking myself for not reading them before I ordered.

I would never order from this company again. They do not know the meaning of customer service. I have contacted them several times about being shipped the wrong phone case. When calling the service number provided, all you get is a recording, but don't waste your time leaving a message. They will never call back. This also applies to emails. I even sent the product back with an explanation, but it was returned to me as undeliverable. Lesson learned.

Sent the wrong case and ignored emails about it. Got scammed.

The screws started to fall out after 3 weeks, unfortunately, I did not notice until 3 were gone, I contacted support they told me that they will inform R&D, but they could not replace the screws because it was not within 48hrs of me receiving the product.
