Avoid like the Plague
I had to badger the company relentlessly, hitting them up three times just to push them to finish the shipment. The first batch? Customs in China bounced it right back. The second one? It might as well have been nailed to the floor, and the third shipment? Took weeks on end. As if that wasn't enough, the so-called "wireless charging compatible" case in the ad is nothing but a bluff. And guess what? The "tempered glass" cover they brag about? Handle it with care, because it's as fragile as a soap bubble when you clean it. And that's not even the worst part. Trying to get a refund is like navigating a maze designed by sadists. They claim you've got a generous 30 days to return it, but surprise! It's actually a measly 48 hours. And if you miraculously manage to meet that deadline, don't expect a full refund. Nope, they'll happily snatch 25% of your hard-earned cash as a "return fee." In a nutshell, this company peddles garbage at a jaw-dropping price, and good luck finding any hint of customer service in the mess.
