Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Do not order from this company, if you make an error and need to do an exchange they want to charge you 50% restocking fee and a $10 shipping charge. I would rather throw it in the garbage than buy another product from these guys.

I ordered the wrong model of case I wanted to return it. It is unopened and I was going to pay the shipping, and even discussed purchasing the right case. They said if I return it I would still be charged 50% of the original case plus $10 shipping, even though the return shipping would be my responsibility. I wanted to buy additional case to fit my phone after I return this, but that is not going to happen. I spoke to them multiple times to try to get them to understand that it was unopened, unused, and I would pay for return. Still, 50% of the original case would be charged. Ridiculous

Absolute trash case. Low quality. Cost $40 fells like a $2 case. And no way to refund.

I was sent a case with a misaligned clip and no magnet. I'm getting messages from their customer service that do not address my complaints. Its obvious they don't plan to do anything except engage in a back and forth conversation. Don't buy anything unless you like writing emails that have no direct answer.

Total money-grab ripoff. For $40 I purchased their "360 Metal Magnetic Case" advertised to fit Samsung S20+. The "Metal" must be aluminum foil. Super weak and flimsy, magnetics do not hold shut. Squeeze one side, other side just lifts up. Too limp too secure itself. Visible to the naked eye was a space around 2/3 of the phone. Armourcase offered no solution so I asked for a refund. Their response, AND I QUOTE . . . "Sorry that the product didn’t work out for you. But we know it’s not perfect for everyone. The cost of return postage is your responsibility. Once we receive it and in perfect condition, we can process the refund. You will be charged a 50% value of the item as a restocking fee and $10 shipping and handling fee." (Note warped perception of "value") ▪︎50% Restock fee ▪︎$10 Ship/Handle fee (how they recoup that "free shipping") ▪︎I pay return shipping...TO AUSTRALIA = 0 refund
