Really disappointed with my attempt to purchase from the Greater Good site & support animals. I feel like I've been ripped off both times I've tried to purchase. First was a zippered sunburst jacket about 10 years ago that is still sold. The zipper broke within a few weeks & it shrunk it weird ways, as it was made from many different pieces sewn together. Attention wasnt paid to the bias of the material. It was about $40 if I recall. Fast forward to present. I ordered a pair of flip flops & sandals, paid an extra 2.99 for "easy returns." 2 days later, I get an email saying the flip flops which you allowed me to order & pay for were now suddenly out of stock. Now I'm paying a shipping fee for half of what I ordered. That was annoying. I get the remaining item, a pair of clogs, very obviously womens, my size, womens 10. They arrived but they were huge. Obviously a mens size 10. I pay an extra $1 on top of the easy return fee & exchange them for size 8, since 10 was massive. The 8s don't fit, they're too small, obviously now a womens 8. Your sizing is widely inaccurate & your Chinese manufactureres clearly don't care. I tried to return these useless clogs again & can only get store credit. I work hard for my money & throwing it out the window on crap like this is more than maddening. I emailed you & someone responded I don't get back the $2.99 easy return or the $1 after the first exchange, completely IGNORING the question why did I only get offered store credit. Now I have a useless pair of clogs that are still in the packaging, a $10 store credit, & a very bad taste in my mouth. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM YOUR SCAM SITE AGAIN & every time your site comes up on my feed, I will relate my terrible, wasteful, scam experiences to let others know not to waste their hard earned money too. I'll end with it's safer to donate to your local shelters if you want to ensure your money is being used properly.

Wish there was a ZERO selection. This company has the worst customer service possible. They have a shipping address in Ireland and I live in the U.S. They won't do anything to adjust the address and I'm out the money. Donate locally and don't waste your money on them. They don't even donate much to animal rescues.

If I could give a zero or negative, I would. Tried to send back hoodies that were for my pets, it was the wrong size. All three were rejected on web site. Called and they told me it was a third party and couldn't return. So here I am stuck with $145 worth of shit

I’m somewhat surprised to see such negative reviews. But some of them have nothing to do with this company. Idk what they were reviewing, so look at that. I only purchased 3 blankets for my 3 small dogs. The blankets came in a timely manner and were lovely and soft and my dogs curled up on them right away. Now I didn’t buy clothing but having 3 mixed breed dogs weighing between 6 to 12 pounds, I know sizing something is always a problem, due to the different chest shapes etc. sometimes an XS fits the 12 pound dog and sometimes it fits the 6 pound, so I’m aware that it’s difficult. But personally I had a good experience and will purchase again from them.

I would give this site a zero if I could. The products are so/so. It is not easy to discern if items are non-returnable/refundable, so you might easily purchase an item you will be stuck with even though the sizing is marked incorrectly (ordered a 9 received what was really a 10).

I arrived yesterday, I was standing in the dacha, some driver arrived, he gave them money, I went to ask them, but they unloaded it, and in the end this young man who works there, probably the boss, also brought me. And I wanted the truth, not discrimination

Ordered some clothes and received a legal sized flat rate envelope with a label with my name and address on it and GreaterGood as the return address. I figured they had vacuum-wrapped the clothes. When I opened the package it was some kind of booklet written in Spanish. Then I realized the package had another label on it with a Spanish-sounding name on it and an address in another city in my state and a return address from some other company I never heard of. I'm assuming this booklet is for that person. Contacted GreaterGood's customer service and haven't heard a thing. I'll give them a couple of days and if they still don't respond I'll file a chargeback with my cc company. Note: I'm pretty good about reading reviews of companys before ordering but I don't remember anything on my order mentioning GreaterGood.

Terrible customer service. Return policy is ridiculous. Shipping times can take a month. Do not order from here.
