Yerriswamy, Thanks again for your feedback! We've received your last review as well, along with your YouTube comments and emails. In checking your account, it looks like you last viewed the Advanced PowerPoint for Consultants course about 2 years ago. We've made quite a few changes since then, so I'd encourage you to have a look. We don't cover animations or transitions, as those aren't common in corporate presentations, but we do cover layers and slide shows (presenting the slides), along with many other advanced topics common to the consulting industry. We're very proud of the quality of our courses (currently 4.9/5.0 rating here on Trustpilot), but we know we can always do better. I've noted your feedback for future versions of the course. Thanks again for taking the time to share your thoughts. I know we're already in contact via email, but let's keep the dialogue open. I'd like to support however I can. -Paul

Hanan, Thank you for your feedback. We provide two courses, a PowerPoint course and a Presentations course. It seems like you may have been looking for the content in the Presentations course, which focuses more on slide structure, design, etc. Feel free to reach out and we can get it switched for you if you'd like. For the PowerPoint course, we go to great lengths to make sure the exercises, quizzes, content, and overall structure of the course all provide value far beyond the price tag. And for the vast majority of our customers (1,000+), this has been the case. But given that everyone is at different levels and is looking for different things in the course, this won't always translate to a 5-star experience. It seems that we've fallen short in this case.
