Looks to be the same as Amz founders(scammers)
I had a business with amz scout in the past and I had no issue about it. However, I also had a business with another company called "Amz founders" (search reviews for this company) which I got scammed in 8k. Now you can think "What is the relation for my review". I checked with my bank when I was disputing my cases and the payment was done to the SAME EXACTLY company. So it looks they are the same. I am really said that they are the same company.
