Scammed Out of My Warranty
The website in itself is extremely misleading. Upon purchasing various alt accounts you can check a box that says "Unlimited warranty". Turns out this is absolutely not the case and if you sift through the rest of their website you'll eventually find out that it's actually only 6 months of warranty. Cause hey why would you clarify what unlimited warranty means under the unlimited warranty check. I purchased about 100 alts through the website having seen that it had some good reviews and cheap prices. I saw that to buy through paypal I had to contact a trusted middleman that the website used for any purchases that went through paypal so I did. Everything went well, all was good at first. However, after about a day or 2 roughly 75% of the accounts had stopped working. I figured that's fine 25 different accounts is still plenty. However, eventually, those stopped working as well so I contacted their support to get a replacement. Upon contacting support through their ticket feature on their website I explained my issue and was promptly asked for the order ID I was emailed. However, due to the fact that I purchased through paypal I had not received an email with an order ID. I informed the staff of this and they basically told me thats too bad, ill have to figure it out myself with the discord middleman. I tried for multiple weeks to get ahold of the discord middleman but was unable to as they did not respond to my friend requests on discord. At this time they were also no longer the middleman that the website used as the website had switched to a different middleman. I figured there was no way I could make a change anyway and moved on. However, recently I was once again in need of new accounts and figured I could contact support again and see if someone else who was more helpful would reply to my ticket. Around this time I also discovered that the reason I was not in possession of an order ID was due to the fact that the TXT file I was sent by the PayPal middleman had been named with the order ID, however, for organizational purposes I had renamed the file for myself to reflect what was contained in the file. After backtracking the order ID I was able to provide it to the support chat. (Keep in mind the support staff at no point informed me that this had been where I would have received an order ID and merely told me to go figure it out myself with a discord user that they no longer even assosciated with). So now I was able to provide an order ID, but I was promptly informed that I would not be eligible for the warranty and basically told they're incredibly sorry but won't be of any further help to me. I wondered why so I checked and it turns out that I had made my purchase on the 10th of February and it was now the 12th of August. Meaning I had reached the 6th month limit of their "unlimited warranty" and surpassed it by 2 days. So to sum it up, their own support refused to adequately assist me in replacing the accounts, I was only able to find the order ID after doing some digging of my own without any assistance from support. I was promptly denied warranty because I missed the date by 2 days. Response: Firstly im sure you are well aware that customers will mistake the warranty to not be finite and using that as one of the ways you are selling your accounts. but who knows. Secondly, unlimited BY DEFINITION means "not limited or restricted in terms of number, quantity, or extent." So if you are wondering why I "Confused" these "two completely different concepts" its because you are clearly unaware of the literal definition of the words you are using so do not try to belittle or patronize me for something you wrote yourself and also proceeded to misdefine. Third of all, as I already explained my order ID is not visible on the page with my alts. I was literally sent a TXT file on discord after my transaction. My transaction did not run through your website but through the paypal middleman that you personally wrote was your trusted middleman. If you are not able to contact your OWN colleagues and the people that you work with that is a fault on your part not on mine. You cannot expect customers to be the ones chasing after YOUR business's workers. Fourth of all, the reason I worded my dating like that is because I tested all the accounts shortly after I got them because I wanted to know the usernames of every account I had. In doing so I marked every single account that worked with a W and all the non working accounts with NA. Having gone through the entire list of logins I had about 15 accounts that still worked THAT'S IT. As I said at the time I figured 15 alts was fine, however, after realizing yesterday that out of 100 alts only 2 were left working I figured I would get a replacement. I am not sure what world you live in but im pretty sure a ratio of 2 working accounts to 98 broken ones is not necessarily very good.

Hi, Firstly: Unlimited warranty is **NOT** a lifetime warranty, the warranty serves for unlimited replacements in our warranty period, which for most items (not all) is 6 months. I'm not sure why you confused these things, they are two completely different concepts. Second, Your Order ID is visible on the page with your alts. It is quite literally among the first things you notice on the page, even more so than the alts themselves. It's right inbetween the order date and your email address. We are unable to help you if you are not able to provide an Order ID, as we have no way to open an investigation otherwise. Finally, I'm not sure why you worded your dating like that, 75% of your accounts were invalid as of today, not 1-2 days after your order. Your 6 month old order still had around 10 out of 25 accounts still valid, which is a pretty good ratio all things considered.
