In letzter Zeit bekomme ich nur als Antwort: "Look other Ticket" obwohl ich immer dazuschreibe, das ich wegen eines Browserwechsels keinen Zugriff auf alte Tickets habe. Sehr schade. Seit über 1 Woche versuche ich einen neue zu bekommen.

At first I had an account that doesn't work and 2 accounts that are the same, Went to the support and they were able to resolve my issue and gave me working unduplicated accounts. Great support and service overall.

I got my alts and they came in immediately even though I ordered the wrong thing the alts still came in amazing.

I can recommend their SFAs, but not their ultra secure access accounts. I've been through support for so long and each replacement they give me is already taken by somebody, possibly reselling those accounts? Not sure but clearly something is wrong that like 4 accounts in a row all taken. (Edit they just had a bad batch and and i got one that worked :) )
