Hi Michele, Your order was canceled and refunded the next business day after the order was placed. We no longer ship to international freight forwarding companies because of an increase in fraud. The order order was placed on Sunday May 21st and refunded the next business day, May 22nd. We emailed a notification on Monday May 22nd, please check your email spam/junk folder. I replied to your email that we received Wednesday June 21st with the refund details. We're sorry that we weren't able to fulfill this order for you and hope you understand.

Hi Mhhg , thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry the item you ordered has a chemical smell, it's made from rubber. The rubber smell will dissipate after it's removed from the package, washing it with soap and water helps as well. Hi Donald, I reached out to you via email April 28th and did not receive a response. Online tracking shows your order was delivered to the address you gave us which is the Yacht Club. Perhaps there's a mix up and it was a different company that you had a shipping issue with. We use the shipping information that is provided by you during the checkout process and never make any changes or edits to that information. An email receipt is sent out immediately after an order is placed where you can review your shipping information and contact us if there are any issues. We didn't receive any communication from you stating that there was an error with the address. Thanks Mayla
