Total rip off site. I never made a deposit but won over $100 in free spins but was given the same excuses when trying to cash out. Please avoid this site! ACER poker and Wild casino are legit. I actually won over $1000 on each site.

If I could give a -5 I would. This place is a straight scam straight fraud they will rip you off they are the worst. I've got everything documented I have screenshots of everything they actually sent me an email saying that they sent my Bitcoin in the blockchain with a validation number of theirs and then the next day they said that they withdrew the Bitcoin out of the blockchain after they hit send think about that. If that doesn't tell you what kind of frauds they are what started it up was they sent me an email with $300 free spins on Book of Secrets no deposit no nothing. Obviously I did pretty good I came out with $42 not really great on 300 spins but anyways but I was able to Parlay that $42 into 180 really not bad for not putting any money down great hey man I thought this site was awesome. I went to go redeem it I sent it to the blockchain I get an email confirmation number from them saying you know we put everything submitted everything's good bam next morning I wake up nothing in my crypto wallet and they said that they pulled the money out. I don't know about you but my bank can't even get money out of a blockchain if they put it in there if they hit send but apparently these guys can. Their customer service they're all idiots William all of them they're all just morons matter of fact they're supervisors are probably even dumber than they are. Stay Away really do. Like I said I've got everything documented. I can write to the attorney General of Texas. FBI actually got an online gambling fraud department. These guys or bad bad medicine.

I made more than 10 request to close my account. They refuse to close it. This provides proof these people are corrupt and have no integrity. I stopped playing on this site after never winning anything. I don’t want this gaming site as an option for me at anytime in the future. Closure is the only option for me.

Sick of the constant emails. Asked them to stop over & over again! When you go to unsubscribe, from the email. Page isn't recognised. That should be illegal in it's self. When you send an email you get them back after a few days un-sent. FRAUDULENT COMPANY

This casino is trying to steal my identity by asking for more information and if I don’t give it to them they just told me that they’re going send some guys to my home and kill all my family. I’m not kidding, this is not a joke. Now my family and I have a serious issue.

When you try to cash out they will refuse here withdrawal saying that you didn't validate your ID even though you had . You will jump through the hoops give your photo of a driver's license then they will say they validated you and take all of your money to a zero. They are scammers they are charlatans
