DO NOT USE!!! Didn’t show up the first 3 times they were scheduled. Price was more than double what was quoted. My elderly, veteran father was hospitalized for a week due to the stress from this company. Was promised compensation for the issues but they will not return any calls now. Horrible company and even worse values.

Manipulative and deceitful sales practices. They are pros at understanding the vulnerable position you are in and lie to you to get the deposit. I would rather burn the money I've given this BROKER, who said they DID NOT outsource the move, that was NOT true. Besides dealing with them, I dealt with and paid for a local mover who then outsourced the work to another moving company. If you need help finding a reputable moving company and tips on how to avoid the deceptive practices I've experienced with 3 Brothers, I will give you FREE advice and find you a moving company for FREE versus giving this company thousands of dollars just to yell at you when you question them. Their sales and QA support people are disgusting. The customer service reps were the only upside to this experience- not that they have any control over sales and QA but at least they were willing to hear me out regarding concerns.

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! They give you a low quote and collect a deposit. On the move day, they show up in a Budget truck and immediately tell you the cost has doubled. You either pay the inflated price or find another mover. You will NOT get your deposit back. They are scammers!

I sure wish I had done more research on this company before I contracted with them. I like so many others in this review thread was scammed. After I paid my deposit the cost was changed to be 3 times the original estimate. I cancelled the contract and like everyone else, have lost my deposit and they will not answer phone calls to discuss. I was sucked in by the few favorable reviews that they have received - makes me wonder if they are "fabricated" reviews - who knows?? As the old saying goes...I would avoid them like the plague.

RIP OFF CONTRACT COMPANY! SPOKE WITH THE JOSEPH AND THEIR DISPATCH AND GAVE THEM AN ITEMIZED LIST AND MESAUREMENTS OF ALL ITEMS I NEEDED MOVED, THEY RETURNED THE MOVING COST WITH ALL ITEMS DISCUSSED LISTED. THEY CAME ON THE DAY FOR ME TO MOVE AND THE COMPANY THEY CONTRACTED WOULD NOT TAKE ANYTHING THAT WAS OVER 600cf WHICH IS NOT WHAT WAS DISCUSSED ORIGINALLY. FOR EVERY ADDITIONAL ITEM THEY WANTED $150 MORE, THEY COMPLAINED ABOUT SIZED ITEMS I HAD ALREADY INFORMED JOSEPH ABOUT THAT NEEDS MOVED, THEY COMPLAINED ABOUT THE DISTANCE, THEY COMPLAINED ABOUT EVERYTHING THEY HAD TO MOVE. THEY ONLY SENT TWO GUYS AFTER I WAS TOLD IT WIULD BE 4 DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF ITEMS, THEY WANTED PAID BEFORE ANYTHING WENT ON THE TRUCK. THIS WAS THE WORST COMPANY. NEVER USE THEM!!!

These people should be put in jail! They will be so responsive and even say you can cancel 3 days before scheduled move. Their contract says 3 days after booking to cancel. Then they will hard pressure you to send a picture of a check to them. I cancelled 2 days later and they will not send me my $600 deposit! Won’t answer my calls! I hope someone with deep pockets can put a stop to these thieves!!! They deserve -10 stars but you have to give 1 to write a review. Never send a picture of a check, ever!!

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! within the 72 hour time period i cancelled and they owe me $800. no one will answer me!

SCAMMERS! They owe me $500, like all the other reviews the estimate was one thing and when they showed up it was going to be more than double the estimate. I am still waiting on my deposit to be returned. I cannot believe a company can operate like this and remain in business.
