Run...don't stop
Run...don't stop. They are NOT at all what they claim to be . They will tell you they will be there 24/7 and answer your calls... not true They will tell you you will have a private truck and charge you extra if you decide to go with that..... not true They have nothing to do with the trucking. The trucking company showed up at our home with a trailer. Our furniture and belongings were then put on the trailer and driven to LA where they were offloaded to a warehouse and will sit until a truck comes that is going to Florida. We will not have our stuff for up to 30 days. The price they gave us for our private truck which was not private was incorrect. It was about $3000 more than what we were told. We were told $8700 and paid over $12k. Nothing they tell you is true so run! They entice you with their pricing and promises, and they are all lies. And by the time you find out it's too late you're sitting there waiting to move so you just go with it. It’s been 2 days short of 4 weeks and 3 carriers amd our truck just arrived. A few broken items….lots of waiting and still haven’t heard from 3 Brothers Moving and Storage. I did get Luke once… I called him from my mom’s phone say he didn’t pick up, but he called her back She handed me the phone…. And he hung up on me You can't say you weren't warned. RUN **** per your response ….. we were told we had an entire truck and not to worry about adding any other things to the item list. Several things were added, but not 102 items. We were also told we had an entire truck and not to worry that there would be plenty of space. We were told that the quote was the maximum that it would be because we had the entire truck…… turned out to be a trailer attached to a pick up….. we were also told you would be there 24/7. No one finds it odd that Luke hung up on me. No one finds it odd that neither Luke or Joe called us back to this day. Our son is also moving cross country He also got an estimate from you guys. We recommended him to call the company that actually moved us direct and get an estimate from them. You gave them an estimate of $1400 …again virtually…. The actual price is $5000. Adams Relocation, who is honest and who actually did our move (you did nothing!), will be doing his move and not you. They won’t be paying your inflated price….You are scam artists….you are contractors…. you get your money and run ! Your company brings no value to the process. You’re the unnecessary dishonest middleman….. I’ll say it again… run!! do not use this shipping contractor…. Do not use any shipping contractor!! They are a waste of money and time. Only get your estimates in person and in writing! AND you need to do your research !! We did 2 in home virtual walk through estimates! The last one 2-3 days before pickup And again, you don’t speak anything about us paying for a full truck and Luke telling us don’t worry you have the entire truck you won’t even be able to fill it!! After the fact, in speaking with the other movers ….what you did only increased your commission by telling us we had a full truck. You initially quoted us around $6000 then we were told about a full truck for $8000 and we took that option so we would not have any additional costs, In reality, you lied and took the $2000 additional dollars and put it in your pocket. It would have always been $4000 more than you quoted us. Your business model is to get as much as you can upfront and then sell the contract to a moving company for the lowest amount you can. So you can spew whatever lies you want it goes with everything else in your business profile. Have you read your other reviews? Do you not see a pattern here? Looks like Luke and Joe and the rest of you there, have a reputation of ignoring people after you get the contract, lying and deceiving a lot of other people. I would expect your management to reach out to us to rectify this situation….not me calling you!

Your original estimate was for 1610 cubic feet, which is roughly 150 cubic feet short of the entire 26 ft box truck. Your booking agent added some additional space during the booking process to ensure that there would be enough space for your items. Your inventory had so much extra space that when you added over 40 items to Quality Assurance, there was no additional space added and there is still some additional space on there. In accordance with the paperwork we received from the time of pickup, an additional 102 items were added to your inventory. With this large number of additional items that were not previously disclosed, the drive must increase the final price of the move. A move's final cost is directly proportional to the amount of space the items occupy inside the moving truck. It is understood that there is no way to have a 100% accurate inventory of items as things can change last minute with what is going to be going and not going. With that being said when there is an increase in volume the driver must adjust the price. As per the DOT, they must tell you that worst case scenario the delivery will take up to 21 business days. As you are moving over 2000 miles it can we are typically seeing around 7-14 business days from the first available delivery date, unless there are unforeseen/unavoidable delays. Your pickup took place on 8/5 and based on the date of review your delivery took place around the 28th or 29th which would be 16 business days. Unfortunately, due to logistics and drivers only being able to operate their vehicles for a set amount of hours when going across the country, it can take a little longer as opposed to moving a shorter distance due to traffic and other conditions. If you need any further assistance please feel free to reach out to customer service directly. Deborah to clarify to your response/edit, I am writing to provide detailed clarification regarding the pricing and booking process related to your recent move. The pricing you received was based on the assumption of utilizing a 26-foot box truck, accounting for a reduction of approximately 150 cubic feet. This estimation indicated that we allocated an entire empty truck to pick up your items, ensuring ample space for your belongings. Regarding your experience in reaching your booking agent, please understand that our Customer Service Department is dedicated to assisting customers who have booked their move. To streamline our operations, we request that booking agents primarily engage with customers who have not yet finalized their move, especially during peak periods of activity. Consequently, you may have been redirected to our Customer Service team or faced difficulty in reaching your booking agent due to their engagement with customers in the booking process. Upon reviewing the paperwork submitted at the time of pickup, it is evident that 250 pieces were documented, in contrast to the initial estimate of 146 pieces following the Quality Assurance phase. It is crucial to emphasize that our estimates are formulated based on the information provided to us. Complete and accurate information is essential for our booking agents to offer precise quotations. In your case, the undisclosed items made it challenging to provide an accurate estimate. Additionally, your signed estimate indicates your decision to waive the option of a virtual in-home walkthrough estimate. Conducting such an assessment would have allowed us to identify undisclosed items visually, potentially preventing this discrepancy. We genuinely value your business and understanding. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during this process. Please accept our best wishes for your future, and if you would like to discuss this matter further, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service team. They are ready to assist you and address any concerns you may have.
