Nice looking store but don’t ever try and sell/trade your watch there. Horrible experience. You can do better.

I purchased a pre-owned Rolex 35mm Yachtmaster for $8,500 from the Denver store in person. The salesman assured me, that, as a certified pre-owned (CPO) Rolex it had been serviced, the crystal replaced, would meet superlative chronometer standards of +/- 2s/day, and came with a two year warranty. After I owned the watch for 24 hours I found it was running fast. When I got home I put it on my timegrapher and found it was running at +8sec/day, far from the spec. I told my salesman I wanted to return the watch, which I did. They deducted $500 from my refund.

Horrific company. I heard they just got rid of the original security Officer company. NO NOTICE to the guard staff whatsoever. Disrespectful and shameful. Poorly ran and out of touch corporations do this. Facts. Buy your watches and jewelry at a place that treats contractors better!!! The manager and staff at Fashion Mall are great people though!!! It's just the new owners.
