This tool sends messages to unwanted leads, which is particularly annoying! I'm also quite disappointed with the hotline, which doesn't give precise answers to my questions...
Response from The FormulaSep 23, 2026
Hi Stéphane, We are really sorry you feel that way. We got back to you through the hotline to clarify this point: the leads your agent finds are qualified based on your targeting criteria. The friend requests you're receiving on your end come from people reaching out to you directly, that has nothing to do with the agent's work or with Formula. We sent you a detailed reply on September 8th but haven't heard back since. If you'd like to pick the conversation back up, we're happy to hop on a call whenever works for you. The Formula team
