AWM is a top-tier company. They took over my Amazon store and turned it into a money-maker. The process was smooth and easy to follow, and their team was always available for questions. Well recommended!

We purchased the Esty store in November 2023 for 30 k it took them 2 months to open it once it was open we only made less than 100 dollars and the store was permanently closed and we asked Milo for a refund it takes there team 2-3 days or more to get back to you on stuff since they are over seas I wouldn’t recommend them we want our hard money back and seeking an attorney

I'll change my rating when this company gets it act together. I got into the Gold one, and there is no phone support. I have contacted the persons who got me involved and hasn't returned my calls of messages. I don't know how to get to the slack program.you have my name on file along with my contact info. please call me
Response from Automated Wealth ManagementJan 23, 2024
Dear Mike, We apologize for the issues you experienced with the phone support. This is mostly due to technical problems since our customer representatives are taking the calls via remote software, and our team is experiencing long-time server errors. That said, we would like to ask you to please join your dedicated Slack channel as a crucial step of your onboarding process. We already sent out all the materials and tutorials via email. However, you have not replied to our messages. We offer 24/7 assistance for our current 50+ active investors through that cloud-based team communication platform, and no one has ever complained about our turnovers there. Let's bring this communication to a personal level and make up for your early onboarding experience since your journey with us has not started yet. Best, AWM Team
