Please guys run away from THCServers. These guys are scammers. They will bring down your website and will never response to yo. This is one of the worst hosting platform that existing on the ineternet today. They have zero proffessional skills, they will never protects your interest, poor comunication, and will nerver response to your request. I repeat never try to host with these guys.

I would never have posted a bad review if someone in your company would have listened, I was with you for almost 10 years, you blocked my chat support, what else was I supposed to do. Your agent initiated it. Anyways, please look into your systems for complaints management. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I had used their hosting service for several years and now have decided to leave out of sheer frustration. Didn't feel the need to post a review about them till today. Their technical services are like anyone else nothing standing out but customer support is hit and miss, some agents are good, others just ruin your day. The worst part is there is no recourse, they come out pretty harsh and hostile. They don't take criticism well and go on with one sided argument. There are several other hosting companies that offer better service and courteous customer support. Customers always vote with their money, so will I.

Hello Amer, First of all, we would like to apologize on behalf our colleague that came out rude. We assure you this was not intended. Due to language barriers, we can understand that some of our Staff members can come out rude, when posting one liner replies - but this is done simply because they try and post simple replies, without further ado, in hopes of straight-forward communication. While we do understand that, sometimes, this might cause frustration on the Client's end, there was no need for insults to be addressed towards the Staff member. She was only tying to help you with your problem. We do take criticism well, when it comes to constructive criticism - that is more than welcomed on our end! What we do not take well is insults that are not deserved - I know this goes both ways. I hopes you will find another hosting Company that fits your needs, we wish you best of luck with your project(s) and a seamless experience! :)

This is the worst hosting service our team has ever encountered. The level of technical support staff is at the level of primary education. Over 5 years of usage, we contacted technical support about 20 times. They were only able to resolve 2 (!!!) issues. For all other problems, the response was always the same: 'we did not identify the issue.' Meanwhile, the issues were on the hosting side (downtime, technical defects, etc.). Loyalty and customer orientation are at the lowest level. When communicating with clients, all company employees in correspondence allow negative communication and rudeness. There were also 'fake abuses.' For one of our sites, an abuse report came with the formulation 'scam when using a trademark.' And now in more detail: The complaint came because we used the logo of the cryptocurrency 'RIPPLE.' Meanwhile, every schoolchild knows that the logo is not a trademark and according to this logic, millions of sites can be blocked (INCLUDING THE SITE OF THE HOSTING ITSELF). But in their typical manner, we were told that the block would not be lifted. This was the last straw. I do not recommend working with them under any circumstances!

This hosting is untrustworthy and scammers. I purchased hosting for my website. in the beginning, everything was alright. When I renewed the hosting to 2031, the problems started. The admin of this site uploaded spam and virus files to private cpanel files and accused me of using my site to harm their clients and quickly froze my hosting and my site for which I paid more than $500. What scammers they are. I do not advise you to buy hosting from THCservers. Replay to THCservers Scammers: This is a ridiculous and repulsive statement, you resentful scammers. A cheap way to steal your customers. The pinnacle of fraud. You put the taste of cheap prices and finish your work by raising viruses to the sites of customers, and in the end you close their sites and waste our work.

Hello Moez, We have checked and it seems that your account had received third party complaints regarding infected websites. All the complaints have been forwarded to you and you were asked to take action. As we are a reputable hosting company, we do not access the accounts of our Customers without asking for consent first. Second, we only access accounts (with consent) if the Client has addressed an issue and has asked for help. You stating that we have uploaded spam and virus files in your hosting plan cannot be true. The complaints that were forwarded to you suggested that your website was infected - probably from a backdoor of a free/unlicensed plugin or an un-updated software version. We asked you to review your website's content and remove the files. As per refunding the service costs, in our Terms of Use we clearly state that a refund is available only up to 30 days after the purchase was made. My server has been down for 26 hours so far, and no backups or updates have been provided. I can see many other users are affect by this. - update; still down after 31 hrs, 23 mins Go elsewhere for your hosting.

Hello, Indeed, one of our servers had experienced issues. While trying to make a full restore of the accounts, the software indicated ah 8h long restore. Unfortunately, the estimated time was prolonged up to 26h. While we have warned you in the past that you, as a Reseller, are directly responsible for the content hosted on our servers (as per our Terms), you have continued to ignore our Terms. We do not tolerate such behaviors on our servers and while we do understand that sometimes an account can be hacked, after an investigation, we fount that your Reseller account was hosting nothing but illegal content.
