Was soll dass

Order THC13600ZW Made a order on day 09Jun25, made a mistake on putting the delivery and promptly contacted them to update and I would cover any costs involved since It was my mistake. From there it just went downhill: no refund until now(20+days) and on their site they have a 2 day refund policy...(yeah right...) each time i contacted them the response is the same and the only thing that changes is the person who answers. 20+ emails and nothing done, they didn't change anything i asked first place and even though I provided everything they asked, including the form for the refund nothing got done. Worst experience i had on a online purchase. Update on 27/09/2025: Same automated answers no resolution. No package and no money back. Blatant liers that say "we are forwarding to the responsible department" bla bla bla. I would avoid these guys at all cost.

Product was used as per instructions. It was completely ineffective. I failed 2 Oral tests for thc after using the product. Contacted customer service for a refundand get nothing but delaying tactics.
