Ordered a qp of hemp. It said waiting for USPS for 8 days. Finally after contacting them they told me it will be shipped once it comes back in. Why are you selling items you currently don't have. No offer of refund & not even a apology.

Every order takes 3,4 weeks say free shipping I havnt got free shipping the last yr I love their products but, shipping and,,communication is at at 0 out of 10 I'm about to use someone else if they can't treat a repeat customer help! I paid for pound 10 days ago ...nothing guess they gonna keep my money

This company represents themselves out of North Carolina but are in Oregan. The open chat window on the site goes ignored while they have a captcha that doesn't allow you to contact them or email them. The phone number also doesn't work. They gave me an invalid tracking number that just sits.

Man I was scammed ordered and they gave me a fake tracking number and just stopped answering my emails 😞 dang

They misrepresented themselves. I was under the impression I was dealing with with a company in North Carolina. Turns out they are in Oregon. Anything that is shipped from the west coast takes an extra week because they can’t get up and do their job in the proper time . Hate being lied to to
